Supervisor Vacancy - Al-Kuwait

Job Summary:
We are looking for a qualified Supervisor to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a department or team and ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently. This position offers a salary of 1700 and we are open to considering foreign applicants.

Duties:
• Provide direction and guidance to staff members as needed
• Monitor performance of staff and take corrective action when necessary
• Address customer service issues promptly and provide appropriate solutions
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Conduct regular team meetings to discuss progress and address issues
• Create reports on performance metrics
• Participate in the recruitment, selection, and onboarding process for new staff members

Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field required
• At least 5 years of experience in a supervisory role required
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to multitask effectively and prioritize tasks accordingly
• Strong problem solving skills with attention to detail
• Working knowledge of HR processes including performance management, recruitment, onboarding, etc.
