Hotel Manager – Al-Kuwait

We are looking for an experienced Hotel Manager to join our team in Al-Kuwait. This position is available for immediate hire, with a competitive salary of 1100. We are willing to consider applicants from abroad and immigrants.

Requirements:
• At least 2 years of experience in hotel management
• Proven track record of success in the hospitality industry
• A degree or diploma in a related field such as hotel management or hospitality
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work under pressure and handle difficult situations professionally

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily operations at the hotel, ensuring guests’ satisfaction is achieved
• Manage staff, delegating tasks as necessary and providing support as needed
• Monitor financial performance of the hotel, ensuring targets are met
• Develop strategies to increase sales and maximize profits
• Develop marketing plans to promote different services offered by the hotel
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, health & hygiene standards, and local laws
