Job Title: Medical Assistant

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Medical Assistant to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative and operational support to the medical staff in our clinic. The Medical Assistant will be expected to ensure a smooth running of the clinic by providing a high level of customer service, and quality care to patients.

Responsibilities and Duties:
• Assisting medical staff with patient care, including taking vital signs, obtaining medical histories, preparing patients for examination and assisting physicians during exams
• Handling patient inquiries and scheduling appointments
• Maintaining patient records in an organized manner
• Performing basic laboratory tests under the direction of a physician
• Administering medications as prescribed by physicians
• Ensuring that all medical equipment is well-maintained and in good working condition
• Performing other duties as needed or assigned by supervising physician or clinic administrator

Qualifications and Skills:
• High school diploma or equivalent; previous experience in a medical setting preferred but not required
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to interact effectively with patients, families, physicians, staff members, etc.
• Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
