Position: Construction Manager

Location: Al-Kuwait

Salary: 1000 KWD per month

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Construction Manager to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for the planning, coordination, and management of construction projects from start to finish. The Construction Manager should have excellent leadership skills and the ability to manage a large team of contractors and subcontractors.

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise construction projects from inception to completion

• Plan and design projects according to client’s specifications

• Estimate costs and ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget

• Oversee the selection, procurement, and scheduling of materials needed for construction

• Monitor progress of construction activities in line with project plans

• Ensure safety protocols are met at all times during the project

• Manage all personnel involved in the construction project such as engineers, architects, subcontractors etc.

• Troubleshoot any issues or delays that arise during the course of construction

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently

• Knowledge of local building codes, laws, regulations, and industry standards
