We are looking for a motivated and experienced Recruiter to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for the development and implementation of recruiting strategies to support the growth of our organisation.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of how to source, screen, assess, and select candidates. They should have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. They must be able to maintain accurate records, communicate effectively with potential candidates, collaborate with other team members, and stay up-to-date on industry best practices.

The successful applicant should possess the following qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field; at least two years' experience in recruitment; excellent research skills; outstanding interpersonal skills; proficiency in MS Office programs; strong sense of professional ethics; the ability to work independently and as part of a team; and a valid driver's license. Previous experience working in Kuwait is an advantage but not essential. We are also willing to consider applicants who don't have any recruitment experience but demonstrate a strong aptitude for the role.
