We are looking for an Executive Chef to join our team at Al-Kuwait. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in the field of culinary arts and a passion for developing innovative menus and recipes. An eye for detail, organizational skills, and excellent customer service are essential qualities for this role.

The Executive Chef will be responsible for leading all aspects of the kitchen operations, creating delicious entrees that meet the highest standards of quality while adhering to all food safety regulations. They will manage a team of cooks and other staff members to create memorable dining experiences. This individual must be able to effectively communicate with both kitchen staff and customers in order to ensure customer satisfaction.

The successful candidate must have experience creating a variety of dishes from international cuisines as well as traditional Middle Eastern favorites. They should also have a working knowledge of food safety regulations, hygiene practices, nutritional values, costing control methods, and inventory management techniques. The ability to work long hours in a fast-paced environment is also essential. We are open to considering an immigrant candidate with the right qualifications and experience.
