Job Title: Office Assistant, Abu Dhabi, UAE (Preference for Indians)
We are looking for an experienced Office Assistant to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. This is a full-time position with flexible hours, suitable for all age groups. The ideal candidate must be able to speak English fluently and have prior experience in office administration.

The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks related to office management and operations, including answering phone calls, greeting visitors, scheduling meetings and appointments, handling incoming mail and other correspondence, organizing filing systems, ordering supplies and equipment, tracking inventory levels and maintaining records. They should also be comfortable using computers to perform data entry tasks as well as create and manage spreadsheets.

Excellent communication skills are essential in this role as the Office Assistant will be the first point of contact for visitors and should possess strong customer service skills. The ability to stay organized while multitasking is also a must.
