Heavy equipment Operator job vacancy in Al-Kuwait Kuwait


Position Summary
We are looking for a Heavy Equipment Operator in Al-Kuwait to join our team and take the lead in operating heavy machinery and equipment. This person will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of all heavy equipment such as bulldozers, graders, loaders, scrapers, rollers, trenchers, and excavators used in construction projects. They must be able to perform various tasks such as digging trenches, loading material onto trucks, clearing debris from construction sites, and other related duties. The successful candidate must have a strong work ethic and be able to follow instructions accurately.

Qualifications & Skills
The ideal candidate should possess a high school diploma or equivalent. Experience with the safe operation of heavy machinery is preferred but not required. The successful applicant must have excellent written and verbal communication skills; knowledge of basic computer applications; demonstrated ability to read and interpret blueprints; knowledge of safety procedures related to operating heavy equipment; physical strength and stamina; good hand-eye coordination; ability to lift up to 50lbs; valid driver’s license with clean driving record; and reliable transportation.

Compensation & Benefits
This position offers an annual salary of 1400 Al-Kuwaiti Dinars plus benefits including health insurance coverage, paid vacation time after 3 months of employment, paid sick leave after 6 months of employment, overtime pay for hours worked over 40 per week (if applicable), two weeks paid training provided on site prior to starting date.
