Job Summary
HR Manager for Al-Kuwait.
We are looking for an HR Manager to join our team in Al-Kuwait and provide a wide range of services to our employees. The successful candidate will have a solid background in Human Resources and will be responsible for managing all HR processes including recruitment, compensation and benefits, performance management, employee relations, training and development, payroll processing, employee engagement and other HR related initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual who is looking to take their career to the next level with a leading organization.

Needs for the Candidate
The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years’ experience in Human Resources Management and have excellent interpersonal skills. It is essential that you possess strong organizational abilities as well as excellent communication skills - both written and verbal - as you will be interacting with staff at all levels in the organization. You must also be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and any other relevant software packages.

Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
• At least 3 years of experience in HR Management
• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) • Knowledge of local labor laws & regulations
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team • 1400 salary per month
