Job Title: Machine Operator

Employer:
We are looking for an experienced and knowledgeable Machine Operator to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have excellent problem-solving abilities. Our ideal candidate should also have experience with industrial machinery and other related tools and equipment.

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a machine operator or similar role
• Knowledge of industrial processes and equipment concepts
• Working knowledge of safety procedures in the workplace
• Ability to read technical manuals and drawings accurately
• Ability to use basic math and measurement tools (e.g. calipers)
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Good physical condition

Job Duties:
• Set up machines (calibration, cleaning etc.) to start a production cycle
• Control and adjust machine settings (e.g. speed)
• Feed raw material or parts to semi-automated machines
• Inspect parts with precision and measuring tools
• Test operation of machines periodically
• Fix issues that might occur during the shift
• Check output to spot any machine-related mistakes or flaws
