Job Description:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Supervisor to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our company, and ensuring goals and objectives are met in a timely manner.

The ideal candidate must have excellent leadership skills, interpersonal skills, and be able to work well under pressure. The Supervisor must also have excellent problem solving skills and the ability to think creatively. Furthermore, the successful candidate must be organized, detail-oriented, and have strong communication skills.

Responsibilities:
• Supervise staff in all aspects of their work including training, scheduling, performance management, conflict resolution, etc.
• Monitor staff performance and ensure that all tasks are completed in a timely manner
• Develop strategies to improve efficiency and productivity
• Ensure customer service standards are met at all times
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
• Develop policies/procedures as needed to ensure compliance with regulations
• Act as a point of contact for senior management on operational issues
• Handle customer complaints or inquiries as needed

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
• 5+ years of experience in a supervisory role
• Proven track record of successful leadership experience
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and handle stressful situations
