Office Assistant - Sharjah, UAE (Seasonal Position, Preferred Egyptian Nationality)
We are looking for an experienced Office Assistant to join our team in Sharjah, UAE. This is a seasonal position and we prefer candidates of Egyptian nationality.
The ideal candidate should have experience in a similar role, excellent organizational and communication skills and proficiency in English. The successful candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of schooling.
The main duties of the Office Assistant include assisting with filing and data entry tasks, responding to emails and phone calls in a timely manner, assisting with the organization of office events, organizing office supplies inventory, and providing administrative support to other staff members as needed.
