Job Title: Security Manager
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
Salary: 1100 AED/month
Contract: Permanent

We are looking for a Security Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The successful candidate should have experience in security and safety management and have the ability to lead a team of guards.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in security management or related field
- Proven experience in security management with at least 5 years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of relevant legislation, regulations and standards
- Excellent communication skills and ability to lead a team of guards
- Ability to plan and manage security operations across multiple sites
- Excellent problem solving, conflict resolution and decision making skills
- Ability to work independently and be self-motivated
- Flexibility to work irregular hours when required

Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement and manage the overall company’s security strategy and operations for multiple sites.
- Ensure all staff members adhere to the security policies and procedures.
- Monitor security systems such as CCTV cameras, access control systems etc.
- Manage the team of guards assigned to each site ensuring their duties are carried out efficiently.
- Investigate any incidents that may occur onsite.
- Provide regular reports on security related matters to senior management.
