We are looking for a Security Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. This is an exciting role which involves ensuring the security of our premises and personnel. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and leading the security team, as well as developing and maintaining security policies, procedures, and standards.

The responsibilities of this role include overseeing the installation of security systems; coordinating with local law enforcement; ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations; monitoring CCTV footage; responding to alarms or other emergency situations; performing investigations when necessary; conducting regular drills to ensure personnel are prepared for emergency situations; making sure all safety regulations are followed; and providing training to personnel on proper security procedures.

The ideal candidate must have a minimum of five years' experience in a similar role, excellent communication skills, sound knowledge of security technology, the ability to remain calm in difficult situations, a strong eye for detail, the ability to make quick decisions under pressure, excellent problem-solving skills, and good organizational skills.
