Job Summary
Recruiter - Abu Dhabi
Salary: 1700 AED
We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing and screening potential candidates for a variety of positions. We are willing to consider an immigrant for this role.

Responsibilities
• Source and identify potential candidates through traditional methods such as job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks
• Conduct interviews to assess candidate suitability
• Screen resumes and applications to ensure they meet the specified criteria
• Maintain detailed records of applications and interviews
• Develop relationships with external recruitment agencies as needed
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
• Participate in recruitment events such as career fairs and open days

Qualifications
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
• Experience working with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is desirable
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
