Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field
• 5+ years of experience as a Construction Manager or relevant role (we are ready to consider persons with no experience)
• Understanding of construction procedures and material requirements • Knowledge of local building codes and safety regulations • Excellent leadership skills • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously • Excellent communication and organizational skills
