Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced CNC Operator to join our team in Al-Kuwait. We offer a competitive salary of 1600 per month and are prepared to consider an immigrant for the role. This position requires a person with no prior experience in the field and offers an opportunity to learn from the best.

Duties & Responsibilities
The CNC Operator will be responsible for programming, setting up, and operating CNC machines, as well as performing regular maintenance tasks to ensure accuracy and quality of output. Additional duties include:
• Programming CNC machines based on customer specifications
• Setting up CNC machines by installing tooling, positioning stock material, setting offsets, etc.
• Operating CNC machines to ensure accuracy of output
• Performing regular maintenance tasks such as lubrication, cleaning, calibration checks etc.
• Troubleshooting any mechanical or technical issues that arise during operation
• Maintaining accurate records of production data and quality checks
Qualifications & Skills
• Technical background in CNC operations is preferred but not essential
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written in English language
• Ability to read blueprints/specifications accurately and understand geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T) concepts is essential
• Good problem solving skills with a proactive attitude towards troubleshooting machine issues

Education & Experience:
• High school diploma or equivalent is required; technical school certification or associate’s degree is preferred but not essential

Experience: No prior experience is needed for this role; on-the-job training will be provided.
