We are looking for an experienced and motivated Supervisor to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The role is a full-time position with a salary of 1400. We would consider an immigrant candidate for this position.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations in Al-Kuwait, ensuring that the necessary tasks are completed according to the company's standards and procedures. As Supervisor, you will manage staff performance, delegate tasks, handle customer queries and complaints, and ensure standards of quality and safety are met.

You should have excellent problem solving abilities to identify issues quickly and provide constructive solutions, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues across all departments. Additionally, you must be able to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment and have strong communication skills both written and verbal.

No prior experience is necessary for this role; we are willing to train the right person on the job if they possess the right attitude and aptitude.
