Hotel Manager Vacancy in Al-Kuwait

We are seeking an experienced Hotel Manager to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in a hotel management role, or a related field. We are also willing to consider a foreign candidate with no experience.

Requirements for the Candidate:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in hospitality management or related field
• At least 2 years of experience in hotel management or related field (but we are willing to consider candidates without experience)
• Ability to manage and motivate staff effectively
• Good understanding of the local hospitality industry
• Excellent customer service, communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in English (Arabic is an advantage)
• Flexible approach to work and ability to work under pressure
