Position: Engineer

Location: Al-Kuwait

Salary: 1300 KD/month (negotiable)

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated individual to join our team as an Engineer. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing engineering solutions to meet the needs of our organization. This position requires knowledge and experience in engineering principles and practices, as well as strong organizational, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:
• Develop engineering plans and designs of complex systems, components, or processes in accordance with established standards or specifications.
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to engineering systems and components.
• Monitor performance of existing systems to ensure compliance with design requirements.
• Prepare cost estimates for proposed projects or modifications to existing systems.
• Create detailed reports based on data analysis from testing or inspections.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, codes, regulations, standards, and safety requirements.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field required.
• 5+ years of experience working in a professional engineering role.
• Proficiency in using AutoCAD software is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with other teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly and effectively.

This position is open to both Kuwaiti citizens and foreign nationals who are eligible to work in Al-Kuwait with a valid work permit from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Kuwait if applicable. Salary is negotiable depending on qualifications and experience of the successful candidate.
