Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Florist to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing fresh flower arrangements, caring for plants and maintaining the shop’s displays. Additionally, the Florist will be expected to assist customers with their flower choices and answer any questions they may have about our products. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1400 KD/month.

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Designing fresh flower arrangements according to customer requests
• Caring for plants within the shop
• Maintaining the shop’s displays
• Assisting customers with their flower selections
• Answering customer questions about products and services
• Carefully handling all flowers while preparing orders
• Maintaining records of sales transactions
• Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction by consistently providing excellent service


Qualifications:
The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills and an eye for detail when it comes to creating beautiful yet complex flower displays. They should also possess strong knowledge of different types of flowers, plants and floral arrangements as well as be familiar with local vendors that provide high quality goods at competitive prices. Experience working in a florist shop or related field is preferred but not required. A valid work permit is required if applying from outside Kuwait.
