Security Manager

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Security Manager to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The Security Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing the security operations of the organization. The successful candidate must be able to identify and assess potential security risks, devise sound security strategies, and develop effective policies and procedures to protect the organization’s assets.

Responsibilities:
• Develop, implement, and maintain security policies and procedures
• Monitor security operations on a daily basis
• Investigate any suspicious activity or breach of security protocols
• Respond to emergency situations in a timely manner
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure safety protocols are met
• Train employees on security policies and best practices
• Monitor access control systems for breaches of policy or protocol
• Keep up-to-date with changes in security guidelines issued by authorities
• Maintain logs of all incidents and violations of policy or protocol.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Security Management or related field
• Proven experience as a Security Manager or similar role
• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong leadership skills
• Ability to remain calm under pressure
