Position Summary

We are looking for an experienced Radiologist to join our team at Al-Kuwait. In this role, you will be responsible for performing radiographic and imaging procedures that are requested by physicians, as well as providing technical assistance to other medical personnel. You will be expected to accurately interpret results and provide quality care for the patients. Additionally, you must maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail when taking images and interpreting results. You should have an excellent understanding of medical terminology and current radiographic techniques. The successful candidate must possess strong communication skills in order to effectively work with patients, other staff members, and physicians. A salary of 1300 is being offered for this position. We are also willing to consider foreign applicants for the role.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform radiographic imaging procedures such as X-rays, CT scans, MRIs, PET scans, ultrasounds, and mammograms according to established protocols
• Position patients appropriately on imaging tables or in special scanning apparatus
• Explain procedure to patient and ensure patient comfort during procedure
• Analyze images for clarity and accuracy of data
• Document imaging results in patient records
• Assist physicians in analyzing results
• Maintain accurate records of all examinations performed
• Adjust imaging equipment settings as required
• Provide technical assistance to other medical personnel

Qualifications & Requirements

• Must hold a valid license in Radiology from the appropriate governing body
• At least 3 years’ experience working in a Radiology department is required
• Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology related to radiology
• Familiarity with digital imaging technology preferred

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with patients, physicians, nurses and other staff members

• Ability to work well under pressure while demonstrating accuracy and attention to detail

• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to make decisions quickly
