Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Machine Operator to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining a variety of machines used in the manufacturing process. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1500 KD per month.

The ideal candidate for this role should have at least 1 year of experience as a machine operator or similar role, must be familiar with basic mechanical and electrical principles, and must have excellent problem-solving skills. We are willing to consider foreigners for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

- Set up machines (calibration, cleaning etc.) to start a production cycle
- Control and adjust machine settings (e.g. speed)
- Feed raw material or parts to semi-automated machines
- Inspect parts with precision and measuring tools
- Test operation of machines periodically
- Fix issues that might occur during the shift
- Check output to spot any machine-related mistakes or flaws

Skills & Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a machine operator or other related roles in manufacturing environments
- Experience with operating manual/semi-automated machines preferred
- Knowledge of production tools and equipment
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics and manuals
- Attention to detail and familiarity with industrial equipment
