As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of our kitchen operations including menu planning, food preparation and presentation, staff training and development, scheduling shifts and ordering supplies. You will also ensure compliance with food safety regulations as well as develop strategies that improve overall productivity in the kitchen.

The ideal candidate must have proven experience in a similar position in the hospitality industry. You must possess excellent leadership qualities and be able to motivate your staff towards achieving consistent high-quality standards. You should have strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail. A certification in culinary arts is highly desirable for this role as well as knowledge of modern cooking techniques such as sous vide or molecular gastronomy.
