Tutor (Indians/Malayalees Preferred) - Abu Dhabi, UAE
We are looking for a Tutor to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing individual and group instruction to students, helping them develop their academic skills.

The ideal candidate must have previous teaching experience and familiarity with Indian/Malayalee culture and language. Excellent communication skills in English and fluency in Hindi/Malayalam is preferred.

Responsibilities include:
• Developing lesson plans that meet the individual needs of students
• Assessing student progress and providing feedback
• Facilitating classroom discussions, activities, and other learning opportunities
• Encouraging students to think critically and ask questions
• Identifying areas of improvement for each student
• Developing individualized learning strategies for students with special needs
• Maintaining accurate records of student progress
• Supporting the implementation of school policies and procedures
• Providing advice on educational matters to parents/guardians
