Job Title: Supervisor

Salary: 1400

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Supervisor to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising and leading the day-to-day operations of a team in order to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity.

The successful candidate should have an excellent understanding of operational processes, strong leadership skills, and be able to work independently with minimal supervision. The right individual must be able to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and stay organized while working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
• Lead and supervise the daily operations of the team
• Develop strategies to increase efficiency and productivity
• Monitor performance levels and provide feedback as needed
• Motivate team members through goal setting, coaching, and mentoring
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Address employee concerns or complaints in a timely manner
• Manage personnel issues such as hiring, training, performance reviews, etc.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
• Minimum 3 years' experience in a supervisory role
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Strong problem solving skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
