Responsibilities:
- Recruiting, interviewing and selecting job candidates for open positions
- Developing effective training programs for new staff members
- Developing job descriptions, policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal regulations
- Developing performance management systems to evaluate performance of employees
- Developing strategies to retain top talent
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or related field preferred.
- At least 3 years experience in Human Resources Management roles. We are also ready to consider those without experience.
- Excellent interpersonal communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to develop relationships with employees at all levels.
Salary: 1500 AED per month
