Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruiting, training and developing new employees; managing employee relations; and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and policies.
Job Responsibilities:
β’ Recruit, interview, and hire quality personnel to fill open positions
β’ Develop HR strategies to maintain a positive work environment
β’ Manage employee relations including onboarding, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions
β’ Ensure compliance with all applicable laws (employment law, labor law) and policies
β’ Monitor employee attendance records
β’ Assist in the development of training programs to improve employee performance
β’ Liaise with external organizations such as government agencies or professional associations
β’ Develop annual HR budgets
Skills & Qualifications:
β’ Bachelorβs degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred
β’ Previous experience in Human Resources is a plus but not required
β’ Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity
β’ Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
β’ Strong knowledge of federal/state employment laws
Salary & Benefits:
Salary: We are offering 1600 AED per month for this position.
