Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruiting, training and developing new employees; managing employee relations; and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and policies.
Job Responsibilities:
• Recruit, interview, and hire quality personnel to fill open positions
• Develop HR strategies to maintain a positive work environment
• Manage employee relations including onboarding, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws (employment law, labor law) and policies
• Monitor employee attendance records
• Assist in the development of training programs to improve employee performance
• Liaise with external organizations such as government agencies or professional associations
• Develop annual HR budgets
Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in Human Resources is a plus but not required
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Strong knowledge of federal/state employment laws
Salary & Benefits:
Salary: We are offering 1600 AED per month for this position.
