Job Title: Security Manager
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
Salary: 1600 AED per month
Qualifications/Requirements:
• At least 5 years of experience in a security-related position.
• Knowledge of security systems and technologies.
• Understanding of local regulations and laws related to security and safety.
• Ability to lead a team of security personnel.
• Excellent command of English language (written/spoken).
• Willingness to work in shifts, including evening and night shifts.
• Preference for applicants with experience living/working in the UAE, or with a valid work visa for the UAE.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and plans for the company’s premises.
• Monitor CCTV footage, access control systems, alarms, fire safety systems, etc., ensuring that proper protocol is followed at all times.
• Investigate any suspicious activities or persons on or near the premises and take appropriate action as needed.
• Ensure that all staff members are aware of safety policies and procedures by providing regular training sessions.
• Conduct regular inspections of premises to identify any risks or potential security issues that need to be addressed.
• Maintain records and documentation related to security activities on the premise.

We are looking for a reliable Security Manager who is able to provide a safe working environment for our staff by enforcing rules while also looking out for potential threats from outside sources. The successful candidate will possess excellent leadership skills as well as sound knowledge of current regulations pertaining to safety in the UAE or other countries where we may have operations in the future.
