Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up and managing the sales team, with a primary focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets. We are open to considering foreign applicants for this role and offering a salary of 1100.

Responsibilities
The Sales Manager will be expected to develop effective strategies and plans that promote the company's products and services, as well as identify new business opportunities. They will also be required to set sales targets and provide regular reports on progress towards these goals. Additionally, they will need to take charge of the day-to-day operations of the sales team, such as assigning tasks to staff, conducting performance reviews, and providing support when needed.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role. A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field would be advantageous but is not essential. They should also possess excellent interpersonal skills, have strong organizational abilities, possess excellent problem solving skills, and demonstrate leadership qualities. Finally they should have an understanding of the local market dynamics and possess knowledge of customer relationship management systems (CRM).
