Job Summary

We are looking for a Surveyor to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for the surveying of properties and land to ensure accuracy and quality of documentation. The salary is 1700. We are open to considering immigrants for this role.

Job Responsibilities

• Carry out accurate surveys of properties and land using surveying equipment such as theodolites, levelers, and EDMs.
• Prepare detailed sketches, maps, reports, and legal descriptions of surveyed areas.
• Analyze survey objectives and determine best methods to achieve them with efficiency and accuracy.
• Collect data from fieldwork activities such as measurements, photographs, existing drawings, or aerial photographs
• Interpret survey data from field notes or other sources to draw plans or diagrams.
• Utilize software programs such as AutoCAD to produce drawings or diagrams based on survey data.
• Liaise with clients to discuss survey requirements or results of surveys conducted.
• Carry out regular maintenance checks on surveying equipment such as theodolites, levelers, EDMs etc.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Surveying or related field required; Master’s degree preferred
• Must have 5+ years of experience in Surveying required; 10+ years preferred
• Proven experience using surveying equipment such as theodolites, levelers EDMs etc.
• Excellent knowledge in drafting techniques and software programs such as AutoCAD
• Possess strong communication skills both verbal and written
• Excellent problem-solving skills along with sound decision-making ability
