We are looking for a CNC Operator to join our team in Al-Kuwait. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with minimal work experience to join a growing company and develop their skills.

Requirements:
The ideal candidate should possess a solid understanding of CNC programming and operation procedures. They will have experience operating and programming the relevant machinery, including CNC lathes, mills, routers, grinders etc. They must be able to read blueprints and other technical drawings and be able to work with tight tolerances as required. The successful candidate should also possess excellent problem solving abilities and a high attention to detail. A valid driver’s license would be beneficial but not essential.

Job Responsibilities:
The CNC Operator will be responsible for setting up, programming and operating CNC machinery in order to produce parts according to customer specifications. They will monitor machines during operation in order to ensure quality standards are met while also troubleshooting any issues that may arise during production runs. Additionally they will inspect parts at regular intervals and make any necessary adjustments or corrections as needed while maintaining accurate records of all operations carried out on each machine throughout their shift.
