Job Title: Supervisor
Location: Al-Kuwait
Salary: 1500 KD/Month

We are looking for a motivated individual to join our team in Al-Kuwait as a Supervisor. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a team of employees and ensuring that daily operations run smoothly.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure successful completion of tasks
• Monitor employee performance and provide feedback on areas for improvement
• Develop strategies to increase efficiency of work processes
• Provide training and orientation to new employees
• Manage employee scheduling and attendance tracking
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
• Address customer complaints in a timely manner

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field preferred
• Previous experience in customer service or management is an asset but not required
• Outstanding organizational skills, leadership ability and problem-solving skills
