We are looking for an experienced and professional Hotel Manager to manage our hotel in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate should have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably with the same or a similar type of hotel.

The duties of the Hotel Manager will include overseeing daily operations, managing staff, maintaining high standards of client service, and ensuring the smooth running of the facility. Additionally, they will be responsible for developing and implementing effective strategies to increase customer loyalty and revenue. The ideal candidate should also possess excellent organizational skills and be able to manage multiple tasks effectively.

The successful candidate must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal; they need to be able to interact effectively with guests, colleagues, vendors and other stakeholders. They must also be able to demonstrate leadership qualities and work well in a team environment with minimal supervision. They should also possess problem-solving skills to resolve conflicts quickly and efficiently.

We offer an attractive salary of 1800 per month plus additional benefits commensurate with experience. Candidates from abroad are welcome to apply; however, they must meet all the necessary requirements for obtaining a job permit in Kuwait if required.
