Position Title: UX Designer
Location: Al-Kuwait
Compensation: 1300 Monthly

Job Summary:
We are looking for a talented UX Designer to join our team in Al-Kuwait. As a UX Designer, you will be responsible for creating designs that enhance user experience and create a positive impact on the user. You should have a strong eye for detail and possess excellent problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate should also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, to be able to collaborate with our development team and other stakeholders to complete projects on time.

Responsibilities:
• Analyze user requirements, develop design concepts, and create wireframes to communicate design ideas
• Create visually appealing designs that meet desired objectives
• Work closely with developers to ensure the implementation of designs meets the specifications
• Test products for usability and identify areas of improvement
• Monitor market trends in UX Design to stay up-to-date with industry standards
• Establish best practices for design processes within the company
• Prepare detailed documentation such as process flows, site maps, wireframes, storyboards, etc.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
• Proven experience as a UX Designer or similar role
• Knowledge of design software such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop is must • Excellent problem-solving skills • Strong attention to detail • Ability to work independently and collaboratively • Great communication skills both written and verbal • Immigrant status is acceptable (if applicable)
