Al-Kuwait is currently looking for an experienced and driven Recruiter to join our team. We offer a competitive salary of 1600 and are ready to consider candidates from foreign countries.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for identifying and recruiting the highest calibre talent. They should be comfortable working with different hiring managers, adapting recruitment strategies to meet the needs of each client, and delivering a first-class candidate experience. The successful applicant will possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively interview and assess potential candidates.

The role involves developing job descriptions, managing job postings on various portals, managing the recruitment process from start to finish, conducting initial interviews via phone or video call, providing feedback on CVs and conducting background checks. As such, we require someone with strong organisational skills who can juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

We are looking for someone with an understanding of current recruitment best practices and principles. Previous experience in recruiting is preferred but not essential; we are open to considering applicants with minimal relevant work experience as full training will be provided.
