Job Description:
We are looking for a Security Manager to join our Al-Kuwait team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the security of personnel, property, and information in our Al-Kuwait office.

This is a full-time position with a salary of 1200 KWD per month. We are open to considering candidates from abroad who meet the job requirements.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement security policies and procedures for the office
• Plan and monitor access control measures such as surveillance systems, locks, alarms, and guards
• Investigate security breaches or suspicious incidents
• Act as a point of contact in case of emergency or security alert
• Responsible for regulating visitors’ access to the premises
• Ensure that all personnel are aware of their responsibilities regarding safety and security measures
• Develop an effective training program on safety protocols for all staff members

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Security Management or related field preferred
• Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role • Knowledge of modern industry security techniques and protocols
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
