Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sous Chef to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef in the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, including menu planning, food preparation, and inventory management. The salary for this position is 1400. We are willing to consider a foreigner for the role.

Requirements:
• At least 5 years of experience working as a Sous Chef in a professional kitchen setting
• Ability to plan menus and create dishes that are both delicious and visually appealing
• Extensive knowledge of culinary techniques, food safety regulations, and health codes
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to train and mentor junior staff
• High level of organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Strong knowledge of kitchen equipment use and maintenance
• Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken)
