Chemical Engineer – Al-Kuwait

We are looking for a Chemical Engineer to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, designing and testing chemical processes, manufacturing processes and production plants.

In this role, you will be expected to:

• Design and develop chemical processes, systems and equipment to meet safety, cost, environmental and other requirements.
• Assess the feasibility of alternative solutions and recommend the best solution to improve operational performance.
• Analyze data from experiments to optimize process efficiency.
• Monitor process parameters throughout production process.
• Maintain process control systems to ensure safety of staff and the environment.
• Develop new products or technologies through research & development activities.
• Prepare technical reports on product development or research activities.
• Liaise with vendors or suppliers regarding materials, supplies or services needed for production processes.


The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or related field with at least 3 years’ relevant experience in chemical engineering/process engineering/manufacturing engineering/process design & development/production control systems implementation/research & development activities/technical support roles in an industrial environment. Knowledge of relevant software packages such as HYSIS is preferred but not essential. We are ready to consider a foreigner for this role with an attractive salary package of 900 KWD per month depending on qualifications and experience .
