Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Phlebotomist to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for collecting blood samples from patients and delivering quality results to healthcare professionals. The position offers a competitive salary of 1500 and is open to foreign applicants.

Responsibilities:
The primary duty of the Phlebotomist is to collect blood samples from patients in a professional and safe manner while ensuring patient comfort. This entails accurately locating veins, using appropriate techniques to obtain the sample, labeling the sample correctly, and promptly sending it off for testing. The Phlebotomist must also maintain a clean work environment and ensure all safety protocols are followed in accordance with industry standards. Additionally, the Phlebotomist may be responsible for other tasks related to laboratory operations such as preparing specimens for testing or logging data into computer systems.

Qualifications and Skills:
The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience as a phlebotomist working in a clinical setting. They should possess excellent communication skills to interact with patients in a compassionate manner as well as a keen eye for detail when collecting samples. Knowledge of safety protocols is essential and familiarity with laboratory equipment is preferred. A valid certification in phlebotomy or medical laboratory technology is an advantage but not required.
