Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing effective sales strategies to achieve company targets.

The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of success in sales, excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and the ability to work independently. We are ready to consider a foreigner for this position.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies in line with company objectives
• Monitor competitors’ activities and develop strategies to remain competitive in the market
• Establish productive relationships with customers, stakeholders, and management teams
• Analyze data and develop reports on customer behavior, market trends, and other factors affecting sales performance
• Train new employees on products, services, processes, and customer service techniques
• Manage the day-to-day activities of the sales team to ensure targets are met

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales management
• Ability to analyze data and develop reports
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
