Cashier (Egyptian Nationality Preferred) - Al-Kuwait, Kuwait

We are looking for a proficient Cashier to undertake all cashiering duties at our retail store in Al-Kuwait, Kuwait. The successful candidate should have an eye for detail and previous experience in cash handling. We are preferably looking for an Egyptian national, but other nationals are welcome to apply. The job is a full-time position with no accommodation provided. Candidates must have their own valid visa in order to be considered for the role.

Main responsibilities include:
• Receive payments via cash, check, or credit cards
• Process refunds accurately and efficiently
• Provide customers with information on pricing and product availability
• Count the contents of the register drawer at the beginning and end of each shift
• Ensure compliance with all applicable financial regulations and procedures
• Balance cash accounts daily and submit reports to head office at the end of shifts
• Assist with stocking shelves when needed
• Help customers find items when needed

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a cashier or in customer service (2+ years)
• Solid understanding of basic accounting procedures
• Excellent math skills and familiarity with modern technologies such as POS systems
• Outstanding communication ability and customer service orientation
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently under pressure
• High school diploma; further education is a plus
