Requirements for the Candidate:
• At least 1 year of experience in restaurant management
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop staff
• Knowledge of food safety standards and compliance with health regulations
• Ability to maintain high standards of customer service
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail

Job Description:
The Restaurant Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant operation including staff management, customer service, financial performance, menu planning, food preparation and presentation. The successful candidate will be expected to lead by example and provide guidance to ensure high standards are maintained throughout the business. The role also requires the ability to analyze financial reports on a regular basis and take corrective action when necessary.
