Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Sales Representative to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales and customer satisfaction by providing excellent customer service and meeting company goals. This role requires a highly motivated individual who can work independently, is dedicated to success, and has strong interpersonal skills.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in sales
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Fluency in English (knowledge of Arabic is an advantage)
• Valid UAE driver’s license
• Ability to work flexible hours as needed
• Willingness to travel as needed

Responsibilities:
• Maintain knowledge of all products and services offered by the company
• Develop relationships with existing customers
• Prospect for new customers and follow up on leads generated by marketing efforts
• Negotiate sales contracts with potential customers and close deals successfully
• Prepare monthly sales reports detailing progress against goals
• Follow up on customer inquiries via phone, email, or other channels
• Resolve customer complaints quickly and efficiently
