Position Title: Recruiter
Location: Abu-Dhabi, UAE
Salary: 1500 AED

We are looking for an experienced and talented Recruiter to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. We are a well-established and growing organization, committed to providing the best opportunities for our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies, as well as managing the entire recruitment process from sourcing candidates to onboarding new employees.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in recruitment is essential, as is knowledge of current trends in talent acquisition. The ability to think strategically and proactively is also important.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating job postings, sourcing candidates through various channels (including social media), screening resumes, conducting interviews and assessments, negotiating salaries and other benefits with prospective candidates, making employment offers, onboarding new hires into our organization and maintaining recruitment records. They will also need to have a strong understanding of the company's culture so they can effectively assess the fit of potential candidates.
