We are looking for a Recruiter to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. This position offers a competitive salary of 1100 and we are open to considering a foreigner for the role. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as a strong ability to assess talent. A successful Recruiter will be able to quickly identify suitable candidates for roles, build relationships with potential hires, and work with hiring managers to ensure job postings meet their requirements.

The main responsibilities of this role include screening resumes, conducting phone interviews, preparing interview materials, scheduling interviews between candidates and hiring managers, negotiating offers with candidates, and managing job postings on various job boards. The successful candidate must also have an understanding of employment laws and regulations in order to ensure compliance with all relevant laws.
