The successful candidate will be responsible for leading, managing, and motivating sales teams to ensure the successful achievement of the company's sales objectives. You must have an excellent understanding of the market and be able to develop strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction. Your main tasks will include building relationships with existing customers, identifying new business opportunities and providing solutions that meet customer needs. You will need to establish budgets and goals for the team and set performance standards to ensure that targets are met. You should also be able to provide feedback and coaching as needed, as well as monitoring market trends in order to stay ahead of competitors.

You should have strong communication skills, both verbal and written along with excellent negotiation abilities. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred but not essential. The ideal candidate should also have experience working in a similar role within an international company or organization, preferably in the Middle East region.
