Construction Manager Vacancy - Abu-Dhabi

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Construction Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The individual in this role will take responsibility for the planning and execution of our construction projects. You will be responsible for ensuring all deadlines and budgets are met, as well as overseeing the safety of the construction site and all personnel involved. The ideal candidate must have experience working with large scale projects in a variety of environments. We are willing to consider foreigner applicants for this position.

Job Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in construction engineering or related field
• At least 5 years' experience in a similar role
• Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and standards
• Ability to coordinate between contractors, subcontractors, and consultants
• Excellent problem solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written in English
